Rhodes

The history of the Greek city of Rhodes is inextricably bound with that of the Knights of Malta who have left many signs of their presence, including the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes.

During your Mediterranean cruise you will arrive at the port of Rhodes, located between Karphathos and Turkey. Its construction dates back to antiquity, where the Knights of Rhodes used it to moor their war fleet. Today this port is used to moor yachts and boats for excursions. In Rhodes you will discover the cultural influences and traces left by the Knights of Malta. Visit the magnificent Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes, follow the Road of the Knights and admire the ruins of the famous Temple of Apollo. There’s nothing left of the famous colossus now, but the city of Rhodes reserves other precious jewels for tourists to admire as the beauty of its old city is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
