Description
Today’s program will start with a visit San Jose Church in Las Pinas to see the world famous 19th century Bamboo Organ. Also have a glimpse of how the iconic mode of transportation the 'Jeepney' is built. Take a leisurely one and half hour drive through the countryside passing through coastal villages, rice fields, fruit orchards and coconut plantations, to the cool climate of Tagaytay. This popular summer retreat beckons those who live in Manila. Nestled in a secluded corner of Tagaytay Ridge, about 2,250 feet above sea level, is Taal Vista Hotel. View the smallest volcano in the world—Taal Volcano. Taal Volcano is best described as a volcano within a lake within a larger volcano. Enjoy lunch, then and travel back to Manila.
If time permits on the way back to the port we will do a rolling tour of Intramuros driving pass Rizal Park , Fort Santiago , Manila Cathedral and San Agustin Church.
