An excursion upon the discovery of relaxation and well-being on the banks of the saltiest lake in the world.

What we will see

  • Dead Sea: relax and mud bath treatment
  • Hotel facilities

What we will do

  • We will depart from the port of Eilath heading to the Dead Sea, a salted water lake, which was formed 2 million years ago on a valley which lies at 400 metres below sea level.
  • When we arrive, we will be welcomed into a modern, comfortable hotel where we can relax and delight our palates with a delicious, fresh buffet.
  • We will have access to a private, equipped beach where we can relax or try floating on the waters of the Dead Sea, which, due to its high salt content and high density, enable anybody to effortlessly float.
  • The mud bath treatment is undoubtedly a highlight of this excursion; the mud, with which we will be provided to spread across the skin, is rich in minerals, silicates and carbonates, as well as being certified by prestigious international cosmetic groups for its therapeutic benefits.
  • During this excursion, there is time to stop in a local shop selling artisan items and typical products of the Dead Sea.

What you need to know

  • Places on this excursion are limited. We recommend booking early.
  • The coach transfer from Eilat to Dead Sea takes approximately 2.5 - 3 hours.
  • Bath towels are provided at the hotel.
  • The high temperature and high concentration of salt of the Dead Sea waters may cause swimwear to discolour.
  • Please take suitable footwear to wear when going in and out of the sea as some areas can be a little rocky.
  • This excursion is not recommended for guests with low blood pressure or heart problems.
  • Bathing in the waters of the Dead Sea is not recommended for those under the age of 7 years.
  • We do not recommend bringing valuable objects into the Dead Sea resort as lockers are not always available.
