What we will do
  • We will board a comfortable coach and set off on a sightseeing tour of Nouméa to discover idyllic monuments and views from the comfort of our seats.
  • Our first destination will be the suburb of Robinson, where we will find the charming Église de la Conception. Built in 1874, the church has become a popular pilgrimage destination as it is considered the starting point of Christianisation in New Caledonia.
  • We will return to the centre of Nouméa travelling along the picturesque Promenade Vernier.
  • Our next stop will be Ouen Toro lookout, which will treat us to exceptional views of the city's bays and beaches, and even allow us a glimpse of the small islands beyond the lagoon surrounded by the coral reef.
  • There is also a Second World War memorial here, featuring two canons that guard the top of the promontory.
  • We will break up our tour with a stop at the stunning Anse Vata beach, where some coffee, tea and dessert will be waiting for us at a local restaurant.
  • After this tasty break, we will have some free time to wander around the shops at the Palm Beach Gallery.
  • On our way back, we will stop briefly at FOL lookout to admire the beautiful views of the city centre and the port and take some unmissable photos.
