Cayman Islands

Three islands in the heart of the Caribbean Sea for a dream Costa cruise in the Caribbean. Discovered by Columbus in the 16th century and now administered by the British Crown, the Cayman Islands are a paradise for sea lovers and animals. Lush nature, crystalline sea, long white sandy beaches and a seabed full of colourful fish and protected species are the calling card of these islands. The main island is Grand Cayman, home to the capital George Town. The whole city flourishes with gardens and trees around small white colonial houses, in whose narrow streets are many craft shops. At Stingray City you can dive in to feed the colony of stingrays raised there. During our cruise to the Cayman Islands, we spend entire days in the company of great green sea turtles, which are now a protected species, colourful parrots and rare blue iguanas.
