Try the Yoga and Pilates course and allow the personal trainer in our on-board gym to guide you. He will advise you on the exercises best suited to your physique.

PASSAGE TO MEDITATION (4 Sessions, 30 mins each)

Learn how to meditate in this series where different techniques are used to help you achieve inner peace and go through your day in a state of calm.

PASSAGE TO PILATES PROGRAM (60 mins)

Internationally qualified Pilates teachers guide you through this core conditioning program designed to lengthen the body and strengthen your physical and mental health. This class utilizes mat techniques, the fit ball and Pilates circle.
