Find out more and join a world of exclusive privileges and benefits with Gold Pearl, the new CostaClub membership category. It is a Club "for the few", designed to satisfy Members who demand the highest of standards.
The new Gold Pearl category is "dynamic". In order to acquire and maintain this "status", you will need to collect 13,001 points and have been on at least 3 cruises over the previous 36 months. That's why the Gold Pearl Club is only "for the few"
Members who join this Club will receive a welcome letter at home showing the date of expiry of their Club membership. After this date, members will be returned to the Pearl Club but retain the points they have earned. They will be able to re-join the Gold Pearl Club subject to the number of cruises they have completed. Members will always be informed by letter sent to their home address.
From November 1st onwards, you will also be able to check your membership of the Gold Pearl Club and the month of expiry by going to www.costacruises.co.uk and using the login in the top right-hand corner, subject to prior registration.
Gold Pearl membership has many excellent privileges in store for ultra-loyal CostaClub members. These are in addition to the considerable ones already provided to Pearl members:
• Greater comfort, with priority delivery of luggage to your cabin, preferential boarding and disembarking, use of the VIP waiting rooms of the Palacrociere and departure ports, where available, and preferential disembarking for excursions on land as well.
• Fun and enjoyment, with an even more attentive service, including a special kit of toiletries in your cabin, a 30 euro voucher to be used in the on-board Spa, a 30 euro voucher for the Casino and a 15 euro voucher to spend in the Photoshop. And furthermore, special cocktails with the Captain, souvenir photos and an invitation to a special tour of the ship.
Privilege Departures also include a 17% Privilege Discount in addition to the 5% Frequent Guest Discount on all Privilege Departures between July and November 2010 and on new departures, not previously advertised, which you can view on the dedicated page of our website.

following many reports from members complaining that they had not received the CostaClub mailings, we checked and discovered that many of you had mistakenly checked the NO box on the privacy form, which does not allow us to send you the information.
The mailing of information by Costa Cruises with details of offers, events and all sorts of news regarding the Costa world is a distinctive and essential feature of CostaClub.
In view of this problem, Costa Cruises will from now on send all Members the information that you expected to receive when you joined the CostaClub.
If you do not wish to receive it, and therefore no longer be a CostaClub member, please send us a written request to delete your data. This request must be sent to the following address: Costa Crociere – Direzione Corporate Marketing – Piazza Piccapietra 48, 16121 Genova.
